Chase Sapphire Lounge By The Club: Best Airport Lounge in Boston Logan

“An airport lounge that actually feels like a retreat.” This Sapphire Lounge is one of the best airport lounge experiences I’ve had. The space is modern, calm, and thoughtfully designed with different areas to suit every traveler. Food & Beverage: The small plates are beautifully presented and taste fresh — a nice change from typical airport food. Even the beverage options feel elevated. Amenities: The shower suite is spotless, spa-like, and fully stocked with quality products and fresh towels. Relaxation: There’s a private wellness area with a full-body massage chair that’s a game changer during layovers. Family-Friendly: A dedicated family room with soft seating and kids’ furniture is perfect for parents traveling with children. Overall: Clean, peaceful, and well-run. Whether you want to refresh, relax, or get work done, this lounge sets a high standard for comfort and hospitality. Highly recommend arriving early to make the most of it!

To start I will say my flight was terminal was A. They will let you in even if you are not in B. It was a long walk from where I got dropped off. The walk to A from the lounge was maybe 10 minutes. Luckily when I showed up there was no wait time. It got right in and sat wherever I wanted I sat at the bar and Jose the bartender was phenomenal. He made me the sapphire drink, an old fashioned, and the La Puerta. The old fashioned was by far my favorite. I ordered the burger and fries and it was so good. I wanted to order another burger. If you have time definitely stop in here. You will not be disappointed.

Would be a great lounge if not for crowding. Took 30+ minutes to get in and it was not easy to find a table. Otherwise it was all good, has nice drink selection, some ready snacks and a menu to order hot meals.

The only downside is if you gotta wait; otherwise from comfort to amenity’s it’s a great lounge; sometimes the wait is super long and we don’t get in at all; I like that we can order food; best brownies here!

This is my first time at a Chase Sapphire lounge. I have access to some other lounges (Centurion, Admirals) and I had heard some rumors that Chase lounge just had a super long line, service wasn’t that great etc. Wrong on service. Now, there was a 35 minute wait, but these lounges have to employ that strategy to move people in and out because everybody and their mom has a card in order to get into a lounge. They were very seamless, and professional about it. The lounge itself? Nice and big. Yes, there are a lot of people in the lounge, but it didn’t feel crowded. They had it spaced out really well I feel. The food was great, and the service was even better. I was pleasantly surprised in this lounge is on par with any of the lounges I’ve been to. Highly recommended.

Great food, clean space, and pleasant atmosphere! The Chase Sapphire Lounge in Terminal B of the Logan Airport provided a much needed respite after a chaotic morning of running around like a chicken with its head cut-off. They did something to the Sunrise Melt that gave me the energy I needed in order to continue my 17 hour trek to Asia.

Very nice lounge with excellent food options. Every lounge should be like that. You can pick a few items from buffet or you can order full size cooked to order meals (such as burger with a side of fries). The only downside is that the wait list can be too long. On a late Sunday afternoon, I had to wait over 30 mins - the longest I waited for any lounge. However, once inside, the experience is very nice.

Maybe it’s because I always end up here before early morning flights, but the food has been just okay so far. I appreciate that they offer made-to-order options, though for something simple like scrambled eggs, I sometimes wish they’d just do a generous hot buffet instead of serving such small portions. Most made-to-order options I’ve tried were decent at best, but one thing I really liked was the feta toast (collab with Sarma). The drink selections are also pretty solid. I almost always start with the maple pear smoothie topped with coconut flakes, but their cocktails and canned drinks are also good. Compared to other lounges I’ve been to, this one doesn’t get overly crowded (at least before 9am), so you rarely have to hunt for a decent seat. Not a destination lounge for food, but a comfortable place to pass the time before boarding.
